Overview
The main unit of ZP127-Z mining automatic sprinkler dust reduction device is designed and manufactured according to the relevant requirements of dust prevention and control in the Coal Mine Safety Regulations. The main unit shell is of explosion-proof structure, reliable, sturdy and durable. The host adopts integrated circuits and a four line eight character LCD display screen, which can easily display the working status of the sprinkler host during setup and operation; Different types of sensors can be used for watering or stopping watering according to different locations.

1. Manual watering mode: Press the button to water or stop watering;
2. Gap watering mode: Set watering time and perform cyclic intermittent watering;
3. Trigger mode:
3.1 Light control signal input: When the device is in the water spraying state, the light control sensor stops spraying water when it receives a signal from the human body;
3.2. Touch signal input: When the touch sensor is activated, the host controls the sprinkler system to automatically spray water. After the touch sensor is reset and the set time for spraying is completed, the sprinkler will stop;
3.3. Sound control signal input: When the sound control sensor detects a strong sound signal, the host controls the sprinkler system to automatically sprinkle water; Stop watering after the set time has elapsed;
3.4 Smoke over limit signal input: When the smoke concentration exceeds the set sprinkler concentration value, the host controls the sprinkler system to automatically sprinkle water; Stop watering after the set time has elapsed;
3.5. Temperature over limit signal input: When the temperature exceeds the set sprinkler temperature value, the host controls the sprinkler system to automatically spray water; Stop watering after the set time has elapsed.
