ZRU high-performance integrated unit

　　Product Introduction:
The ZRU high-performance integrated unit adopts advanced TIO technology (Total Integrated Optimization Technology) to scientifically combine and configure the rotating feeding unit. This feeding unit adopts the high-speed and high-performance ZRW rotary feeder, exhaust chamber, and acceleration chamber designed by Jia, and has the following characteristics:
1. Compact structure, small volume, good sealing performance, and low rotary air leakage.
2. Linearity of feeding capacity: The volumetric efficiency varies little with the speed, and is adaptable to a wide range of speeds.
3. Pressure adaptability: The volumetric efficiency changes very little with the operating pressure, and adapts to the working range from low pressure to medium pressure.
4. High speed, up to 60rpm, has overcome the global problem of decreased feeding capacity at high speeds and increased feeding capacity.
5. Using proprietary anti jamming technology, even when transporting granular materials at high speeds, it can operate smoothly and reduce material breakage rate.
