Its typical applications mainly include the following aspects:
Water supply: filtration, transportation, and zoning of water supply by the water plant, as well as main pipeline pressurization;
Industrial pressurization: process water system, cleaning system;
Industrial liquid transportation: boiler feedwater, condensing system, cooling and air conditioning system, machine tool matching, acid-base transportation;
Water treatment: distillation systems or separators, swimming pools, etc;
Irrigation of farmland, petrochemicals, medicine and health, etc.

ZS type stainless steel horizontal stampingcentrifugal pumpThe pump shaft is directly connected and consists of a pump, a pump shaft, and a standard motor
·The pump should be installed in a ventilated and anti freezing place;
·The installation of the pump should ensure that it is not affected by the tension of the system pipeline during use;
·If the pump is installed outdoors, a suitable cover must be provided to prevent electrical components from entering water or condensing;
·In order to facilitate inspection and maintenance, sufficient space must be left around the unit;
·The electrical wiring device should ensure that the pump is not damaged by phase loss, unstable voltage, leakage, and overload;
·The pump should be installed horizontally on the base, with the horizontal direction being the pump's suction port and the vertical direction being the pump's discharge port.

If the pressure in the pump is lower than the vapor pressure of the liquid being transported, cavitation may occur. To avoid cavitation, ensure that there is a minimum pressure on the inlet side of the pump,
The maximum suction range H [m] can be calculated using the following formula:
H=Pb×10.2-NPSH-Hf-Hv-Hs.
Pb atmospheric pressure (bar)
In a closed pipeline, it can be considered as the system pressure (bar) of a closed system.
NPSH net positive suction head (m)
It can be read out on the NPSH curve corresponding to the maximum flow rate in the performance curve.
Hf - Pipeline loss at inlet (meters)
It is the value corresponding to the maximum flow rate that the pipeline may generate.
Hv - Vaporization pressure of liquid (meters)
The magnitude of its value depends on the temperature and vaporization pressure of the liquid.
Hs - Safety margin (meters)
Minimum pressure head of 0.5 meters
By calculation, if "H" is a positive value, it indicates that the pump can operate at the maximum suction stroke "H"; If "H" is negative, it means that the pump must have a minimum pressure of "H" meters at the inlet in order to operate normally.
Note: Generally, the above calculations are not performed. Calculate 'H' only when using the pump in the following situations:
1. High liquid temperature
2. The liquid flow rate exceeds the rated value
3. Large suction or long inlet pipeline
4. The system pressure is too low
5. Poor import conditions
