2、 Structural principle:

The bell jar valve is mainly composed of a synchronous running device, a bracket, a cylinder, a guide rod, a valve body, a valve disc, a limit device, and a dedicated escalator. The operating principle is that when the driving device is powered on, it rotates and lifts the lifting rope to drive the guide rod, which is connected through the guide rod; The shaft transmits motion to the valve disc, causing it to move upward and achieve the purpose of opening. On the contrary, if the driving device is reversed, the valve disc will fall and close. At the same time as the driving device is powered on, the synchronizer of the bell jar valve starts simultaneously, pushing the driving device to move forward or backward in a straight line synchronization, ensuring the vertical center movement of the valve disc opening and closing.
3、 Product Introduction:

The bell jar valve has a compact structure, small footprint, strict airtightness, high reliability, and has made significant improvements in the driving device, changing from fixed opening and closing to synchronous opening and closing. An operator has been added to ensure that the opening and closing of the valve disc always moves perpendicular to the axis, thereby improving the service life of the suspension rope and reducing malfunctions. The operation of the valve disc is equipped with a guiding system to ensure smooth operation, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and pressure resistance. Nickel based alloy is used as the sealing pair, and a line seal is adopted to eliminate the influence of the medium on the sealing performance, improving the reliability and pressure resistance of the seal.

4、 Installation and maintenance:

After confirmation, fix the lifting bracket to the body with fasteners. Then install the synchronizer on the top track of the bracket, firmly fix the electric hoist and synchronizer body frame, lower the wire rope of the electric hoist, and connect the head lifting ring and guide rod through the shaft. The overall process is complete. Finally, check all fasteners for accuracy before installing the electronic control system.

3The allowable operating temperature of the bell jar valve body is ≤450At ℃, there is no insulation layer on the surface. When using, it should be customized according to the medium, condensation situation, and process requirements.

4All electrical control components must not be used in environments with temperatures exceeding-30·+40When the temperature exceeds ℃, insulation measures should be taken. When installed outdoors, the top drive device should be equipped with a rain cover to prevent the motor and electrical appliances from being damaged by moisture.

5The chamber of the bell jar valve should be cleaned at least once a year. For long-term opening of the valve, lubricating grease should be regularly applied to the guide rod. For frequent opening and closing, oil should be injected once a month. The lubricating grease is a high-temperature resistant black gas based grease.

6This valve is not suitable for flammable, explosive, and highly corrosive media. If it needs to be used, special treatment should be taken, and it should be specified when ordering.
