Automatic discrimination of geometric elements. Before measuring elements, there is no need to specify the element type. Simply probe the workpiece and the software will automatically recognize the type of the measured element. It can identify shapes such as points, lines, planes, circles, cylinders, cones, ellipses, square holes, etc., greatly improving the measurement operation steps.
Automatic discrimination of coordinate system. In the opened coordinate system setting window, the software will automatically fill in the option box based on the elements measured by the user, and set the default coordinate system. If the default settings of the coordinate system do not meet the user's requirements, they can also be manually changed.

Automatic determination of safety plane and automatic generation of movement path. The software automatically assigns safety plane groups to elements based on the angle and direction of movement of the measuring needle when the user measures them, and then generates the movement path for CNC measurement based on the safety plane group, greatly reducing the time for customers to optimize the program.
Simulation function of needle angle measurement screen. After setting the angle of the measuring needle to be rotated, the CAD window will automatically display the rotated angle of the measuring needle, ensuring that there will be no errors during the actual rotation process.
Preview function for geometric elements. After measurement, the geometric elements will display a separate icon on the software. Selecting this icon will display the corresponding position and shape of the geometric elements, as well as measurement points and other information on the CAD screen. It is very effective in helping users imagine space.
Change in the measurement order of geometric elements. It is possible to perform real-time mouse drag operations on the measurement order of the measured geometric elements, and change the measurement order of the elements according to one's own needs.
Automatic calibration function for measuring needles. Just manually detect a point on the reference ball, and the software will automatically perform calibration. Only one calibration of the needle measurement system is required. Starting from the second time, simply rotate the corresponding icon to automatically execute the registered measuring needle.
Out of tolerance re measurement function. When conducting CNC measurements, if the result deviates from the set tolerance range, the software can automatically repeat the measurement of the item and overwrite the original result with the re measured result.
