The MMZ T product line has a measurement range of 14.8 m3 and is a platform bridge type coordinate measuring machine from Zeiss University. It is suitable for high-precision measurement of large gears directly in the workshop. The open design allows for easy loading and unloading of parts using a crane. The crane interlocking device to prevent collision is also a standard configuration.
The MMZ T product line is particularly strong and resilient. The equipped roller bearings make the system less susceptible to external influences and also provide good guide rail characteristics. By uniformly combining materials and FEM structures, it has achieved temperature stability and high strength. The compact design and standard isolation vibration system typically eliminate the need for a base even when detecting heavy workpieces.
MMZ T is equipped with computer-aided accuracy correction (CAA) function to ensure high-precision measurement of each measuring point. Additional features include collision protection systems for detection axes and probes, as well as temperature compensation systems for workpieces and grating rulers.
VAST navigator technology
MMZ T is equipped with VAST gold active scanning probe. The software will automatically determine the scanning speed. The standard navigator technology improves the quality and performance of measurement results.
