The evaporator is mainly composed of two parts: the heating chamber and the separation chamber. The separation chamber is also known as the evaporation chamber. According to the motion of the solution in the heating chamber, it can be divided into forced circulation type and falling film type.
The forced circulation evaporator consists of two main parts: the heat exchange chamber and the crystallization evaporator; Through a circulation pump, the liquid circulates in the pipes and is heated to overheating at a pressure higher than the normal boiling point of the liquid. After entering the separator, the pressure of the liquid rapidly decreases, causing some of the liquid to flash or boil rapidly. The secondary steam generated by evaporation enters the next effect evaporator for heating or enters the condenser for condensation. The concentrated solution is pumped by a circulating pump to the salt separator, where effective separation of saltwater is achieved. The forced circulation evaporator has the characteristics of fast liquid flow rate, fast evaporation, and low fouling.
The feed liquid of the falling film evaporator enters from the upper part and passes through the liquid distributor to uniformly form a film and descend along the inner wall of the tube under the action of gravity. During this process, a mixture of steam and concentrated liquid is generated, which is extracted from the lower part of the heating chamber and enters the separation chamber to achieve the separation of steam and liquid. The completion liquid is discharged from the bottom of the separation chamber, and the secondary steam is discharged from the upper part of the separator. Compared with forced circulation evaporators, falling film evaporators are more suitable for evaporating solutions that are less prone to scaling and crystallization.
Zhejiang MVR evaporation processMVR evaporator is different from ordinary single effect falling film or multi effect falling film evaporators. MVR is a single evaporator that integrates multiple effect falling film evaporators. It adopts segmented evaporation according to the required product concentration. That is, when the product cannot reach the required concentration after the first pass through the effect, it is pumped by the vacuum pump at the lower part of the effect through the external pipeline of the effect to the upper part of the effect, and then repeatedly passes through the effect to reach the required concentration.
