1、 Power saving principle:
Wet ball mill (ceramic enterprise) is selected and configured based on the drum diameter, process requirements, and production volume. It includes a motor (prime mover) reducer, hydraulic coupling, auxiliary motor, brake coil, belt, pulley, drum, etc. The original control was to run at a constant speed, and it was only through experience and experimentation to determine how much time was needed to make what product, that is, ball time. At the same time, the starting force distance was very large, making it difficult to start. After extensive testing and data summarization by our company, ACI ball mill energy-saving devices have been developed for ball mills, including the DLT-QM and QM11 series of products in various power ranges.
2、 Save electricity through four aspects:
