Pneumatic conveying equipment (also known as pneumatic conveying) is a fluidized bed technology device that uses airflow to transport granular materials in closed pipelines. It is mainly used in fields such as casting, metallurgy, chemical engineering, building materials, and grain processing. Its core structure includes components such as the receiver, conveying pipe, separator, and fan, which are divided into suction type (low/high vacuum), pressure type (high/low pressure), and pulse conveying system according to working pressure.

This device achieves horizontal, vertical, or inclined conveying of materials through airflow, and also has process functions such as mixing and crushing. Pulse conveying technology creates a plunger flow through intermittent air flow, which can transport up to 500 meters with low material damage rate. The rotating nozzle structure and modular blowing components of the cyclone separator improve separation efficiency and maintenance convenience. The pipeline connection structure adopts a three-dimensional adjustment design to enhance system stability. The control system integrates dual pressure detection modules and safety interlock mechanisms to achieve intelligent pressure regulation and overpressure protection. Some equipment adopts three-level gas locking technology and fully sealed design, suitable for environments ranging from -20 ℃ to 150 ℃, with a conveying distance of up to 700 meters.
Pneumatic conveying equipment has the advantages of good dust prevention effect and high degree of automation, but it has poor adaptability to viscous materials and high energy consumption. The conveying mode needs to be selected according to the characteristics and economy of the materials.
