The FD series is a newly launched independent unit for dry powder dosing machines, with a high degree of integration, simplicity, and ease of use. It is very suitable for mobile fixed-point dosing, laboratory use, and situations where solution preparation and storage are not required. It can be customized according to requirements.

*The flow rate range is 2-100kg/h and can be adjusted between 10% -100%;
*The dosing accuracy is between 1% and 3%, depending on the characteristics of the drug being administered;
*Adopting a screw feeding device with good mixing effect to ensure feeding accuracy;

Suggested setting

Material level gauge
The working principle of the anti rotation level gauge is to use a permanent magnet motor to drive the blades to rotate. When the detected material rises to the blade position, the blade rotation is obstructed, and this resistance is transmitted to the detection device inside the junction box. The detection device then outputs a switch signal to the outside and cuts off the power to stop the blade rotation.
When the material level drops, the blade resistance disappears, and the detection device relies on the tension of the spring to return to its original state. The spring tension is adjusted for different material densities. When the density is high, the spring tension is adjusted to strong or other strong, and vice versa, it is adjusted to weak or other weak.
Single-phase driver
This driver is a unidirectional 220V voltage input and drives a three-phase motor (be sure to convert the connection to a triangle). The frequency output is 1.0-50.0HZ. In order to improve the output voltage, this product uses SVPWM modulation with a carrier frequency of 8.0KHZ.
