With the development of industrialization, many rivers, lakes and other tap water sources have been polluted to varying degrees, with high concentrations of BOD, COD, ammonia nitrogen, etc. When used as drinking water sources, corresponding treatment - biological pretreatment - must be carried out to degrade and remove organic matter and ammonia nitrogen. The biological pretreatment process generally adopts the method of aeration biological oxidation tank, relying on microbial degradation of BOD, etc. Therefore, the selection of biological fillers and aerators is directly related to the microbial content and activity in the aeration oxidation process, and is the core equipment in this process.
Based on years of engineering experience and the development trend of technology, Yuzhong Company has drawn on the strengths of various companies to develop the following lightweight biological fillers that are easy to hang and have high biological content, as well as advanced aerators with uniform air distribution and high oxygen transfer efficiency, providing customers with multi-faceted comparisons and choices.
1. Elastic three-dimensional filler
● Composition
Elastic three-dimensional fillers have been selected from several high-quality varieties of polyolefin and polyamide that are resistant to temperature, corrosion, and aging. They are mixed with hydrophilic, adsorption, and anti thermal oxygen additives, and special drawing and wire making processes are used to insert and fix the wire strips on a corrosion-resistant and high-strength central rope. Due to excellent material selection and process formulation, moderate rigidity and flexibility, the wire strips are arranged in a three-dimensional uniform radiation state, and the monomers of suspended three-dimensional elastic fillers are made. The fillers can be uniformly stretched and distributed in all directions in the effective area, allowing air, water, and biofilm to fully mix and exchange. The biofilm can not only be uniformly implanted on each wire strip, maintaining good activity and pore variability, but also can be used during operation. During the process, it gains an increasingly larger specific surface area and is able to undergo good metabolism.
● Product features
The three-dimensional elastic filler has a long service life, easy film hanging and detachment, and the silk thread can be evenly stretched in water. It can perform multiple dense cutting of water and gas, which is more conducive to the mixing of gas and water and enables organic matter to be adsorbed by the biofilm. Compared with rigid honeycomb fillers, its pore variability is large and it does not clog; Compared with soft fillers, the material has a longer lifespan and does not adhere or clump together; Compared with semi soft fillers, it has a larger specific surface area, faster film formation, and lower cost. Therefore, it can be confirmed that this filler is the fourth generation high-efficiency energy-saving filler after various hard fillers, soft fillers, and semi soft fillers.
