1. Threading hose

Metal Conduit is made of 304 stainless steel or 301 stainless steel and is used as a wire and cable protection tube for wires, cables, and automation instrument signals. Its specifications range from 3mm to 150mm. The ultra small diameter hose (inner diameter 3mm-25mm) is mainly used for the protection of sensing lines in precision optical rulers and industrial sensor lines, with good flexibility, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and tensile strength.

2. Corrugated hose

Corrugated hose (abbreviated as bellows) is a high-quality flexible pipe in modern industrial pipelines. It is mainly composed of corrugated pipes, mesh sleeves, and joints. Its inner tube is a thin-walled stainless steel corrugated tube with a spiral or circular waveform, and the outer mesh of the corrugated tube is woven from stainless steel wire or steel strip according to certain parameters. The joints or flanges at both ends of the hose are compatible with the joints or flanges of the customer's pipeline.

3. Plastic coated hose

The inner layer of the plastic coated hose is made of stainless steel hose or galvanized hose with special insulation treatment, and the outer layer is made of PVC material (UV resistant and anti-aging). Black, gray, other colors available. -40 ℃~+160 ℃.

Although hoses can be compressed or stretched, if not installed in the correct position, they will quickly break and reduce their service life. Hoses can be installed horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Ideally, they should be installed vertically, while avoiding installation near the wheels. If necessary, baffles can be added.

Generally, hoses can be divided into three lengths. The first length is the compression length, which refers to the length of the hose when compressed to its maximum position; The second type is the installation length, which is the length of the hose when it is in the middle position of half of the large displacement; The third type is stretching length, where the hose is stretched to the maximum length.

When installing the hose, it should be placed in the middle position, which is the so-called installation length. When installed in this position, the hose can have two directions of movement when subjected to axial loads. Otherwise, if it can only move in one direction, it will affect the strength of the hose and reduce its service life. In the actual installation process, considering that measuring the length of the hose with a ruler based on the calculation result before installation may affect production efficiency, some foreign manufacturers directly install the ruler on the hose and cut it off after installation.
