Structural features:

This pump is divided into single-stage single suction and two-stage single suction cantilever structures; Single stage double suction cantilever structure; Single stage single suction and single stage double suction two end support structures; There are six types, including two-stage single suction and two end support.

The shell is radially divided, and its installation method is supported by a horizontal center arm. The suction flange and discharge flange of the pump are all cast on the pump body, and are vertically upward. The pump cover and sealing box are cast together. The outer side of the sealed envelope is equipped with a water-cooled jacket, which is particularly suitable for transporting high temperature, high pressure, flammable, explosive or toxic liquids.

The impeller is cast as a whole, and the axial force of the pump is mainly balanced by the balance hole. The bearing components are equipped with a set of radial ball bearings and a set of back-to-back radial thrust ball bearings, and the lubrication method is oil ring thin oil lubrication. The outer surface of the bearing body is cast with heat sinks, which can be cooled by air, fan, or water. In order to easily remove components such as impellers, bearings, shafts, and shaft seals without moving the motor during pump maintenance, this oil pump uses an extended diaphragm coupling.

According to the requirements of the device pipeline layout, the vertical top suction of the pump can be changed to horizontal axial suction, while keeping the performance parameters unchanged.

The pipeline system of the pump cools the water-cooled chamber of the sealing chamber, the water-cooled chamber of the bearing components, and the water-cooled chamber of the pump bracket according to the temperature of the conveying medium.

Pump direction: When viewed from the drive end, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
