Usage:
1: When in use, water can be added according to the required capacity to shorten the heating time. (Be careful not to add too much water to prevent it from spilling out of the pot when boiling, and be aware that the amount of water in the pot should not be less than two-thirds of the height of the water tank. If the amount of water is too low, it will cause excessive temperature shock and inaccurate temperature measurement. Long term use requires frequent addition of water, and the electric heating tube in the pot should not be exposed to the water surface to avoid burning out the electric heating tube and causing water leakage.). Connect the power, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light will turn on.
2: After power on, the DFS will flash first, followed by the day. To detect if there are any missing digital tube strokes.
3: Set the temperature of the constant temperature stirring water bath: Press the SET button to set the indicator light SL to light up, enter the temperature setting state, and press the up button ▲ to adjust it up by 0.1 ℃. Press the down button ▼ to adjust 0.1 ℃ downwards, and long press the ▲▼ button to quickly increase or decrease. Press the SET button again to return to the measurement mode.
4: Adjust the heating power factor: Long press the SET button for 5-8 seconds, * will display d. Enter the set lowest heating power factor, and it will automatically be set to 3 when turned on. It can be adjusted from 1-9. When using 70-99.9 ℃, the heating power coefficient can be adjusted to 5-9.
5: Error correction: When confirming that the value displayed on the instrument is not the correct measurement value, the displayed value can be corrected. Press the SET button for 5-8 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument panel. The * displayed parameters are P. Enter the set minimum heating power coefficient, and press the SET button again to display the error correction parameter C. Use the △ or ▽ button to modify this parameter. The range of error correction is -9.9 ℃ to+9.9 ℃. For example, if the temperature controller displays a temperature of 37 ℃ and the actual temperature in the water tank is 36 ℃, the C value will decrease by 1 ℃. If the temperature controller displays a temperature of 37 ℃ and the actual temperature inside the water tank is 38 ℃, then the C value will increase by 1 ℃. )After the correction is completed, press the SET key again to exit. The C value of the instrument has been corrected when it leaves the factory. When using it, it is important to prevent correcting instruments that display correctly to incorrect values.
6: Wiring
There are 4 terminals on the single-sided power board, with 2 terminals facing each other and connected to AC220V on the lower right and 2 terminals connected to heating tubes on the left.
Single panel and reverse panel should be connected with connectors, and reliable connection should be ensured when inserting.
