Precautions for using a water bath constant temperature oscillator
Date: 2023-08-25Read: 10
1. The shaker should be placed on a flat ground or a sturdy tabletop, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping the room dry.
2. The power socket should have a good grounding device, and the instrument switch should be turned off before plugging in the power plug.
3. If any abnormal phenomenon is found after turning on the device, immediately unplug the power plug and seek professional inspection.
4. Pay attention to the temperature setting range and ambient temperature of different models. Setting beyond the range may cause instrument damage or even safety accidents.
5. Before using the water bath constant temperature oscillator, place the speed control knob in the minimum position and turn off the "oscillation switch".
6. Please pay attention to the fixed form of the experimental bottle when setting the speed. If the speed is too high, the spring net may not be able to restrain the experimental bottle and accidents may occur. Attention should be paid to the following points when packaging culture test bottles:
(1) Uniform distribution;
(2) The liquid filling amount should not be too small to prevent the test bottle from floating;
(3) Seal the bottle mouth to prevent condensed water droplets from dripping into the bottle.
7. Inject tap water into the water tank, with the water level slightly higher than the liquid level inside the culture bottle. Do not use hard water such as well water, river water, spring water, etc. to prevent the heating tube from bursting and affecting the sensitivity of constant temperature.
8. Before each shutdown, all switches should be placed in a non working state, the timer should be set to "zero", and the power should be cut off.
