Development history:

In 2003, the founding team of Upu Ultra Pure, the predecessor of Upu Group, successfully developed a laboratory classic UPT ultra pure water machine to replace traditional distilled water dispensers;

In 2005, Youpu Xi'an and Kunming offices were established;

In 2006, the Pure Water Division of Youpu Industrial was established;

In 2007, the Instrument Information Network of the China Association for Analysis and Testing released a market survey report on laboratory pure water purifiers in the Chinese market. The market share of Youpu was second only to Millipore in the United States, ranking first among domestic laboratory brands;

In 2008, the Youpu Medical Pure Water Business Unit was established, and the Youpu Love Fund was established in the same year, donating more than 100000 yuan in supplies to earthquake stricken areas;

In 2009, Millipore (Milli-Q Pure Water Device and EDI Membrane Stack Invention Company), a US listed company, inspected Youpu and initiated joint venture and merger negotiations;

In 2010, Yupu Environmental Protection Division was established to develop MBR membrane bioreactor wastewater treatment equipment;

In 2011, Yupu was selected as one of the top 20 best employers in Chengdu, and the Yupu Outdoor Club was established in the same year;

In 2012, Sichuan Youpu Ultra Pure Technology Co., Ltd. was listed as a high-tech enterprise in Sichuan Province; The 'Youpu' trademark has been awarded the title of Chengdu Cityzhumingshangbiao；

In 2013, the "Youpu" trademark was awarded the title of "Zhongshangbiao" in Sichuan Province;

In 2014, it was approved as a pilot enterprise for intellectual property rights in Chengdu;

In 2015, the development and launch of the new YOPU DO BETTER series bottle washing machine;

Completed the 3000 ton/day MBR flat membrane process sewage treatment project in Tianfu New Area, Sichuan Province in 2016;

In 2017, 20 acres of land were requisitioned in Modern Industrial Port, Pidu District, Chengdu to build the headquarters base of Youpu Water Group. In the same year, the newspaper "Youpu Vision" was launched;

In 2018, Shanghai Youpu Industrial Co., Ltd. was registered and established by the Youpu Instrument Division;

In 2019, a new generation MBR membrane material research and production workshop based on PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) material was established;

The Youpu headquarters base, which invested 60 million yuan in 2020, has completed completion acceptance and been officially put into use. The original old factory has been transformed into a professional manufacturing base for integrated sewage equipment and integrated pump stations; On October 24th, the founder and chairman of Youpu, Zhan Wei, officially became a disciple of Chinese Go Saint Nie Weiping Jiudan (another named disciple after Mr. Jin Yong);

Complete the 5000 ton/day equipment (Phase I and II) project of Sichuan Matadong Sewage Treatment Plant in 2021, both of which adopt the third-generation MBR membrane process (Youpu PTFE MBR flat membrane components);

In 2022, we won the bid of Shudao Group (bidding for sewage treatment equipment suppliers)/CSCEC Environmental Energy (procurement of CSCEC integrated sewage processor framework)/China Railway 17th Bureau (complete set of equipment for MBR membrane process sewage station of Xizang Gongga Airport) and other major projects;

In July 2023, Youpu Water Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was upgraded to Youpu Water Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd; In August, the MBR sewage treatment plant (3000t/d) at Gongga Airport in Lhasa, Xizang, which was constructed by Youpu successfully opened to water.
