3.1 Process Requirements

In order to achieve efficient and stable operation of sewage treatment plants, save energy consumption and engineering investment, as well as the characteristics of wastewater, the sewage treatment process will be compared and selected based on the following design principles.

1 ) Based on the quality and quantity of the raw water, as well as the environmental capacity of the receiving water body, and taking into account the actual situation in the local area, through multiple technical and economic comparisons, priority is given to using low-energy consumption, low operating costs, low infrastructure costs, less land occupation, convenient operation and management, and mature sewage treatment processes.

3.2 Analysis of Processing Technology Route

Before plastic granulation, the cleaning wastewater from waste plastic sheets, plastic woven bags, plastic bottles, etc. is mostly suspended particulate pollutants with less solubility. Cleaning plastics requires a large amount of clean water, and the generated wastewater has the following characteristics:

3.4 Process Introduction

The Yiteng microfiltration recycling machine adopts1520 micron pore filtration process, microporous filtration is a mechanical filtration method. This equipment is developed to address the issues of clogging, damage, heavy maintenance workload, and high secondary investment in existing microfiltration machines. It is one of the best practical technologies for fiber recovery and wastewater treatment in wastewater.

A microfilter is a mechanical filtration device with a transmission mechanism The main components of the overflow weir water distributor, flushing water device, etc. are composed of stainless steel wire mesh for the filter structure and working principle. The TWQF type high-efficiency air flotation adopts a new imported technology, which sucks in air and reflux water together through the pump inlet, and then cuts them into small dissolved water through the impeller of the pump. Under a certain pressure (0.35~0.45Mpa), an appropriate amount of air and some reflux water form a saturated dissolved gas carrier in the dissolved gas tank. The release device suddenly reduces the pressure to obtain a large number of fine bubbles, which quickly adhere to the flowing particles, emulsified oil, bath and flocculent bodies in the water, causing the flocculent body to have a specific gravity lower than that of water, and are forced to float rapidly on the water surface, thus achieving solid-liquid separation. Characteristics of Equipment Structure Composition

1. Air flotation equipment:

The air flotation equipment integrates water inflow, flocculation, separation, water collection, and outflow. Compared with traditional air flotation equipment, it adds a stable flow chamber, a dissolved air release chamber, and a cleaning device, making the treatment performance more stable and the effect more efficient. In addition, a cleaning device is added to regularly clean the sludge deposited at the bottom of the tank, reducing labor intensity.

Flocculation: Adopting folded plate flocculation, the wastewater with added flocculants and coagulants rolls up and down in the reaction folded plate, turbulent flow advances, expands the contact area between flocculants and wastewater, shortens flocculation time, and saves investment.

Dissolved air release chamber: The dissolved air release chamber and the separation chamber are located in the same tank, separated in the middle. The dissolved air water adheres to the flocculated raw water here, slowly rises, and enters the air flotation separation chamber, ensuring the contact space and time between the floc and the small bubbles, so that the release rate of dissolved air water reaches80% 100%.

Cleaning device: Traditional gas systems suffer from the sinking of floating slag, which accumulates at the bottom of the pool and affects the turbidity of the effluent.

Set up a cleaning device and install a cleaning bucket in the air flotation tank. During equipment maintenance, simply empty the water stored in the cleaning bucket and use the cleaning device to clean the entire air flotation tank wall. The sewage is discharged from the cleaning bucket, which solves the problem of difficult cleaning of the air flotation tank.

2. Dissolved gas system:

For air flotation equipment, the dissolved air system is like an air flotation equipmentThe heart is also the most important component of air flotation equipment. At this stage, gas and water are sucked in together at the inlet of the pump, and are cut into dissolved gas and water by the pump impeller. After coagulation sedimentation and air flotation treatment,2/3 of the wastewater is directly reused, and 1/3 of the wastewater is subjected to biochemical treatment. Biochemical treatment includes two parts: hydrolysis acidification and contact oxidation.

1. hydrolytic acidification

Anaerobic biochemical treatment of wastewater is a complex biochemical process that relies on the combined action of three major groups of bacteria to complete the complex anaerobic biochemical process. This complete process can be roughly divided intoThree consecutive stages, namely hydrolysis and acidification stage, hydrogen production and acetic acid production stage, and methane production stage.

Hydrolysis and acidification are two processes controlled throughout the anaerobic process. The use of hydrolysis tanks has the following advantages over anaerobic tanks (digestion tanks) throughout the entire process.

(1)Under the action of extracellular enzymes from hydrolytic bacteria, insoluble organic matter is hydrolyzed into soluble substances. With the synergistic action of acid producing bacteria, large molecular substances and difficult to degrade substances are converted into small molecular substances that are easy to biodegrade. Therefore, hydrolysis tanks can change the biodegradability of raw wastewater, thereby reducing reaction time and treatment energy consumption.

(2)The degradation of solid organic matter can reduce the amount of sludge, and its function is the same as that of a digestion tank. The process only produces a small amount of biologically active sludge that is difficult to anaerobically degrade, thus achieving one-time treatment of sewage and sludge without the need for a frequently heated medium temperature digestion tank.

(3)No need for a sealed pool, no need for a three-phase separator of water, gas, and solid, reducing costs and facilitating maintenance. Due to these characteristics, structures suitable for large, medium, and small sewage treatment plants can be designed.

(4)The reaction is controlled until the second stage is completed, and the effluent has no adverse odor of anaerobic fermentation, improving the environment of the treatment plant.

(5)Fully utilizing the short generation cycle and rapid reaction of acid producing bacteria through hydrolysis, the hydrolysis tank has a small volume, comparable to the initial sedimentation tank, saving infrastructure investment.

2Contact oxidation

The contact oxidation tank is a biological treatment device that mainly uses biofilm method and also has activated sludge method. It provides oxygen source through a fan to fully contact the organic matter in the sewage with the biofilm in the tank. Through microbial adsorption and degradation, the water quality is purified. Two thirds of the effluent from the contact oxidation tank returns to the sewage collection tank, which is lifted by the sewage pump and enters the anoxic tank to complete denitrification and denitrification. One third flows into the secondary sedimentation tank to remove the peeled biofilm and activated sludge, and is separated into sludge and water by the secondary sedimentation tank.

As the frequency of reuse in the workshop increases, the removal rate of inorganic salts in water is very low due to physicochemical and biochemical treatment processes. Circulating water (recycled water) accumulates a large amount of inorganic salts, which can have an impact on production, cleaning procedures, and the entire wastewater treatment process.Conventional activated sludge biochemical treatment technology is widely used in sewage purification and treatment due to its economy and high efficiency. However, as the salt content increases, it inhibits the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, and too high a concentration can even kill microorganisms. The resistance of different substances to biological treatment may be due to their impact on the respiratory and enzyme systems of microorganisms, or they may be caused by the disruption of osmotic pressure balance. The resistance of various salts to biological treatment varies depending on their salt osmotic pressure; When conditions such as pH, temperature, and sludge concentration of the same substance change, the allowable concentration may also vary. This article studies some common inorganic salts in wastewaterThe inhibitory effect of (NaCl, Na2SO4) on conventional activated sludge biochemical treatment methods, identifying general patterns, and providing reference for the engineering application of conventional activated sludge treatment of saline industrial wastewater.

Therefore, after traditional physicochemical and biochemical treatment, a set of advanced treatment facilities should be added to further remove inorganic salts from the water, in order to achieve a virtuous cycle in the entire wastewater treatment.

Through on-site sampling and testing of the sewage treatment system, it was found that the conductivity of the treated sewage is relatively high. Significantly higher than the requirements for finished water in this project, therefore, desalination treatment must be carried out. Due to the higher electrical conductivity of sewage720~750μs/cm, Only by using reverse osmosis equipment for desalination treatment can ideal technical and economic benefits be achieved.
