On April 7, 2017, the 10th China Food Safety Technology Forum CBIFS2017, jointly organized by the Chinese Society for Inspection and Quarantine and Pacific Exhibition, was held at the Hangzhou Expo Center. Experts, scholars, and instrument manufacturers in the food industry participated in this conference, discussing hot topics related to food safety from multiple perspectives, including rapid detection, analytical methods, foodborne microorganisms, pesticide residues, fungal toxins, laboratory construction, industry chain control, dairy products, standards and regulations. Xunshu Technology was fortunate to participate.

Food is of paramount importance to the people, and safety comes first when it comes to food. Food safety is a major livelihood issue of concern in China. The situation of food safety in China is extremely severe and complex, and the task is extremely arduous. In 2015, the Food Safety Law explicitly proposed the establishment of a full traceability system for food safety by the state. At any stage of continuously improving product quality, raw data plays a decisive role in ultimately determining product quality.

In response to GMP's verification requirements for computer systems, the rapid count colony analyzer is equipped with data audit tracking function and data original traceability function, ensuring the security and traceability of data. This highlight has received attention and recognition from the attendees, who have expressed the need for further detailed understanding.

This conference provides a platform for further promoting the exchange of research results and development trends related to microbiology in various professional fields. Xunshu Technology will continue to innovate and explore, dedicating new products to microbial testing one after another.

Regarding Data Management

To ensure the authenticity and security of environmental monitoring data, the newly designed account management system can achieve multi account hierarchical management, giving administrators (laboratory leaders) the maximum authority to supervise and view the experimental data of different experimenters, and experimenters cannot view or tamper with their own data.
