The 10th Food Microbial Testing and Control Technology Exchange Conference was held as scheduled in Shanghai. The conference is hosted by the Food Partner Network and attended by representatives from multiple food companies and testing units. Experts and teachers in the field of food testing are invited to give wonderful presentations on food safety standards and regulations interpretation, problems and solutions encountered in food testing experiments, food microbiological technology and methods, and other aspects.
