Regularly check whether the gate plate and gate slot are stuck, promptly remove the stuck objects, ensure that the position is centered, and enable the equipment to operate normally.

1. When using a manual hoist to open and close the gate, apply even force and avoid excessive force to prevent damage to the positioning device.
2. When using a dual-purpose flashlight to open and close a gate, attention should be paid to:
a、 When using electric opening and closing, check whether the hand crank is detached from the shaft to avoid injuring personnel during startup.
b、 When manually opening and closing, the power should be cut off, and the handle should be inserted into the hole and shaken (or the electric mark on the electric device should be cut into the manual mark).
c、 Add lubricating fluid to the bearings, transmission screws, nuts, etc. of the opening and closing machine 1-2 times every 2-3 months. During major maintenance, the bearing parts should be filled with grease.

d、 The gate needs to be painted and treated with anti-corrosion measures once a year.
