Installation and Debugging
　　
1. First, install all anchor bolts and embedded plates in the first reserved hole, ensuring the verticality of the anchor bolts and embedded plates. After the dimensions meet the requirements of the drawing, pour concrete once.
　　
2. Before installing the secondary embedded parts, the debris in the reserved groove should be cleaned up, and the joint surface of the primary and secondary concrete should be chiseled to facilitate the bonding of the primary and secondary concrete.
　　
3. Assemble the gate and embedded door frame as a whole, check the gap between the two water stop surfaces to be less than 0.30mm, adjust the dimensions and gaps of each part to meet the requirements of the drawing, and then lift the door frame and gate as a whole onto a reserved plate. At the same time, adjust the error with shims to meet the following requirements: the verticality error within the entire length range should be less than 5mm. After inspection and confirmation, the primary anchor bolt and the secondary anchor bolt should be overlapped and welded, and then pour the secondary concrete.
　　
4. Installation of the hoisting machine: After the hoisting machine is in place, ensure that the center of the hoisting point of the hoisting machine screw coincides with the center of the gate hoisting point, and check the balance of the central hoisting point. Adjust the deviation between the center of the screw bracket and the center of the hoisting machine screw to be less than 0.5mm. After adjustment, pour the hoisting machine bracket with secondary mixed soil.
　　
5. Test: After installation, the fastening of each part should be checked, and lubricating oil should be added to bolts, nuts, and reducers. Under normal conditions, each part should be manually opened and closed twice, and then subjected to differential electrical testing.
　　
Firstly, the installation of the door frame: Before installation, it should be welded and fixed to the pre embedded steel plate. At this time, both sides of the door frame must be parallel and perpendicular to the bottom and upper frames. After the door frame is installed, a second pouring should be carried out, which must be sealed tightly without water leakage. It can only be used after the concrete is cured.
　　
When installing the door frame, it should be ensured that the guide rail surface is on the vertical line, and its inclination is not greater than 1/1000. Ensure that its flatness and diagonal error do not exceed the standard specifications.
