Business Scope

1. Mine water treatment: The company is deeply engaged in coal mine water treatment, with numerous cases nationwide. The company's sales of "heavy medium rapid settling integrated water treatment equipment" and "mine water direct filtration unmanned water treatment equipment" are in a leading position in technology in China, and are also well-known products that many owners continue to repurchase.

2. Coal slurry dewatering: The company has independently developed an ultra-high pressure coal slurry dewatering and pressure filtration equipment, which can reduce the water content of coal slurry to about 15% at once, turning coal slurry into coal powder, making it easy to directly mix and sell coal powder. At the same time, because more water is removed, the heat generation of coal slurry is increased by about 1000 kcal on the original basis. While solving the environmental protection problem of coal slurry, the added value of coal slurry is increased by 200-500 yuan/ton, truly achieving the comprehensive utilization of solid waste to improve quality and efficiency, and turning waste into treasure.

3. Slime deashing and carbon extraction: through the process package developed by the company's expert team for many years, the remaining clean coal in middling coal and slime can be extracted. The extraction rate of clean coal reaches 98%, the ash content of the extracted clean coal is about 6%, and the fixed carbon content of the remaining slime is ≤ 3%. The remaining coal slurry test results show that the toxicity test meets the soil standard of Grade II or above, and it can be used for comprehensive utilization such as land improvement, brick making, cement raw materials, etc.

4. Gasification slag ash removal and carbon extraction: Through the company's patented process package, the remaining unburned fixed carbon in gasification slag can be extracted, with a fixed carbon extraction rate of 98%. The extracted clean coal ash content is about 6%, which can be directly reused as injection coal. The fixed carbon content of the remaining sludge after carbon extraction is ≤ 3%. The remaining sludge test results show that the toxicity test meets the soil standard of Grade II or above, and it can be used for comprehensive utilization such as land improvement, brick making, cement raw materials, etc.

5. Custody and Operation: The company utilizes a team of professionals to provide specialized custody and operation services for coal mine wastewater treatment stations, coal slurry dewatering treatment stations, coal slurry ash removal and carbon extraction workshops, and gasification slag ash removal and carbon extraction workshops.
