Installation system for submersible mixer

Introduction:submersible mixerAlso known as submersible thrusters, they are used in the process flow of sewage treatment plants to promote the mixing of suspended solids in sewage, slurry, industrial process liquids, etc., create water flow, enhance mixing function, and prevent sludge sedimentation. They are important equipment in municipal and industrial sewage treatment process flow: divided into mixed submersible mixers and submersible propulsion mixers.
  
The selection of a submersible mixer is a complex task, and the correctness of the selection directly affects the normal use of the equipment. As a principle of selection, it is necessary to ensure that the mixer can fully perform its mixing function within the suitable volume, which can generally be determined by the flow rate.
  
According to the different process requirements of sewage treatment plants, the flow rate of the mixer should be ensured between 0.15~0.3m/s. If the flow rate is lower than 0.15m/s, the push flow mixing effect cannot be achieved. If the flow rate exceeds 0.3m/s, it will affect the process effect and cause waste.
  
So before selecting, first determine the location where the QJB mixer will be used, such as sewage tanks, sludge tanks, and biochemical tanks; Next are the parameters of the medium, such as suspended solids content, viscosity, temperature, and pH value; Also, the shape and depth of the pool.
  
The required matching power for a submersible mixer is determined based on its volume, density of the mixed liquid, and mixing depth. Depending on the specific situation, one or more mixers may be used.
  
Installation system for submersible mixer
  
The installation system of the submersible mixer can quickly install and disassemble the submersible mixer without the need to discharge sewage from the pool.
  
When the pool depth H is less than 4 meters, it is recommended to use installation system I. The diving depth of the submersible mixer can be adjusted vertically as needed, and the maximum angle that can rotate around the guide rod in the horizontal plane is ± 60 °. The base, support frame, and lower bracket of the lifting system are all fixed with expansion bolts at the interface with the pool, without the need for reserved holes.
  
When the pool depth H is greater than 4 meters, it is recommended to use installation system II, which requires a concrete foundation (or steel structure base) to be built at the bottom of the pool. The lifting system base, steel rope fixing frame, and guide base are all fixed with expansion bolts at the associated interface with the pool, without the need for reserved holes.
  
The installation system II uses guide steel ropes instead of guide rods, which has the characteristics of convenient transportation and simple on-site installation. This system fundamentally avoids the situation of guide rod bending and deformation caused by transportation, which affects normal use, and effectively improves the phenomenon of inability to lift due to installation errors of guide rods when the pool is too deep. Under the installation conditions with a cantilevered pool roof (as shown in the picture), it appears more convenient and reliable to operate.
