Principle Analysis
  
The mechanical grid cleaning machine is assembled into a set of rotating grid chains by a type of rake teeth. Under the drive of the motor reducer, the rake chain rotates in the opposite direction of the water flow, salvaging the floating debris on the water surface. When the rake chain is transported to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the groove wheel and curved rail, relative self-cleaning motion occurs between each set of rake teeth, and the vast majority of solid matter falls down by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the cleaner to clean up the debris stuck to the rake teeth.
  
The mechanical grid cleaning machine has a rake chain similar to the grid according to the direction of water flow. The clearance between the rake teeth assembled on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to the usage conditions. When the rake teeth separate solid suspended solids in the fluid, it can ensure smooth flow of water. The entire work process can be continuous or intermittent.
