Crushing grid crusherThe principle is to crush the impurities in the sewage into small particles through the cutting of the blade group. After passing through the crushing type grille, the sewage enters the subsequent water pump and other equipment without causing blockage to the water pump and other equipment. Due to the fact that the slag from the grid does not need to be salvaged or transported, sewage pumping stations that use crushed grids can generally adopt a fully buried design.
Crushing grid crusherDuring work, the object is cleared with each rotation of the cutting blade, while the grille is crushed and cleaned, ensuring its water carrying capacity without the need for additional cleaning measures.
Crushing grid crusherThe grille is fixed and does not require power to rotate, reducing the motor power of the entire equipment and saving operating electricity consumption. Solid debris is crushed around a circular grid with low pressure loss and a large flow area, which can reach 6% of the grid area. Both the bearing and mechanical seal are located at the top of the equipment, without any moving parts such as shafts or bottom bearings, avoiding the problem of wear from sand and gravel at the bottom of the channel.
However, using traditional grillespumping stationPersonnel are required to be on duty, occupying a large area, and the slag from the fence needs to be manually or mechanically salvaged and cleared, which can easily cause secondary pollution. But usingCrushing grid crusherThe pumping station does not require personnel to be on duty and occupies a small area. Bidirectional cutter, capable of reverse crushing, can be removed and replaced separately, easy to maintain, and can achieve a fully enclosed design of the pump station, which is both economical and practical, and beautifies the environment.
Crushing grid crusherPoints to note during use:
If there are multiple cuts that cannot be crushed, the machine should be stopped in a timely manner and checked in the channel. Generally, manual cleaning of debris is required. If the pump station is not running for a long time, the crushing type grille must be lifted out of the channel to prevent rusting of the blade group, thereby avoiding damage to the motor or transmission shaft when the blade group is difficult to rotate, and also preventing the motor from getting damp or water from entering. For grid motors with a protection level below IP67, the operating water level should be strictly controlled and the motor should not be submerged in sewage to prevent water from entering the motor. Under normal operating conditions, it is recommended to conduct an inspection every two months, especially to clean the silk fabric wrapping and difficult to crush debris of the blade group.
