Technical analysis of the use of central transmission scraper

Central transmission scraperIt mainly consists of central support, bracket, scraper arm and scraper combination, working bridge, mud pit small scraper, driving mechanism and other components.

The work bridge adopts steel structural beams, with angle steel supports at the bottom for horizontal support connection, and walkway boards are laid above the work bridge. Ladders are installed at both ends of the connection between the work bridge and the central support. The arch lift of the working bridge during manufacturing is L/500, which has sufficient strength to support normal loads (including a live load of 750N/m2). The assembly of the work bridge is carried out on the work platform, and its welding requirements are strictly in accordance with the general technical conditions for welding components in JB/ZQ4000.3-86.
The scraper combination consists of a scraper arm, a scraper plate, and a pull rod. The scraper plate is bent into a "" shape, and the overall scraper is in a logarithmic spiral shape, which can improve the sludge collection capacity. The gravity of the scraper part is supported by a diagonal cable, ensuring that the scraper plate smoothly scrapes the sludge, which has a certain improvement in efficiency compared to traditional structures.
The scraper arm is made of Ø 16 steel bars, and the scraper arm brackets are connected to the drive shaft. During work, the scraper arm is inclined at a certain angle to the vertical line, and based on the gravity of the scraper arm, the sludge is scraped from the edge of the pool to the central mud collection pit and discharged through a scraper. Due to the hinge connection between the scraper arm, bracket, and scraper plate, when the sludge collection is thick or the shutdown time is long, the sludge plate will form. When the scraper is started, the scraper arm will automatically lift backwards, and the scraper will gradually remove the sludge layer by layer to protect the equipment from damage and prevent the accumulation of sludge at the bottom of the pool. But when starting the scraper in a situation where the slurry is relatively dense, the dense sediment settling at the bottom of the pool must be cleaned before starting the scraper's driving device again. Otherwise, it may cause excessive driving torque and damage to the driving device.
The central guide tube is rolled into an "O" - shaped structure with steel plates and connected to the working bridge with bolts. The central support center rotary disc adopts the single row four point contact rotary support produced by Xuzhou Rotary Bearing Factory, and has a good sealing device. The double hinged connection is adopted between the working bridge and the central support, effectively reducing the covering torque and rotational resistance of the slewing bearings. The large slewing bearing inside the central support can withstand the maximum load and huge overturning moment of the working bridge, eliminating vibration phenomena during operation.
The transmission motor reducer adopts a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which has a compact structure, reduces errors caused by transition connections, low noise, and ensures safe and reliable operation of the mud machine.
The control box is equipped with a control interface and an electrical over torque protection device. When there is significant resistance or a malfunction occurs, an alarm will be promptly triggered and the machine will automatically shut down immediately.
