This equipment is an integrated device consisting of a hydrolysis reaction tank, activated sludge, sedimentation tank, sludge tank, equipment room, and motor control.
The hydrolysis reaction tank is equipped with components such as sludge distribution pipes and discharge pipes, and contains anaerobic fermentation bacteria inside. Anaerobic fermentation microbial strains can be used to alkalize wastewater and reduce air pollutants such as COD.
Activated sludge is equipped with filling materials, mechanical filters, and exhaust vents inside. The tank uses a new type of extensible three-dimensional filling material, which has a large area and is easy for microbial strains to form and detach membranes. Under the same organic compound loading standard, the organic compound sludge load is high, which can improve the solubility of oxygen in the air in water. This pool can utilize aerobic bacteria to control indicators such as COD, BOD, SS, and permanganate index in wastewater. The sludge load is relatively high, and it has a pipe like effect in all sewage treatment system software.
The principle of contact oxidation bed
(1) Adsorption effect: During the growth and reproduction of aerobic microorganisms on fillers, they form biofilms with larger surface areas and higher concentrations, which can adsorb a large amount of organic pollutants in water, reducing the concentration of pollutants;
(2) Ingestion and decomposition: With continuous air flow into the reactor, aerobic microorganisms can absorb adsorbed organic pollutants as nutrients and metabolize them. Some of them are used for their own growth and reproduction, while others are converted into carbon dioxide and water.
