The difference between high-pressure blower and ventilation fan

Under design conditions, high-pressure blowers with wind pressures ranging from 30kPa to 200KPa or compression ratios of e=1.3~3 belong to the category of high-pressure blowers. Currently, in the industry, air ring vacuum pumps are generally classified as high-pressure blowers. High pressure blower, also known as high-pressure fan, is different from general centrifugal high-pressure blower.

High pressure blower is small and easy to carry; Apart from the impeller, the high-pressure blower has no other moving parts, and the impeller is directly connected to the motor without gears or transmission belts, making it highly reliable and almost maintenance free. High pressure blowers are suitable for industries such as printing machinery, combustion machines, bag blowing machines, laminating machines, plastic extrusion machines, fruit making machinery, dust collectors, environmental machinery, woodworking machinery, hot air generators, powder conveyors, kitchen machinery, dryers, incinerators, incubators, mechanical cooling, and general suction and supply air. A ventilation fan is a mechanical device that relies on input mechanical energy to increase gas pressure and discharge gas. It is a passive fluid mechanical device.

The working principle of a ventilation fan is basically the same as that of a turbo compressor, except that due to the low gas flow rate and small pressure changes, it is generally not necessary to consider changes in gas specific volume, that is, to treat the gas as an incompressible fluid.

2. High pressure blower belongs to volumetric operation blower, which changes with pressure during use. The flow changes very little. But the flow rate varies with the rotational speed. Therefore, the selection range of pressure is wide, and the selection of flow rate can be achieved by choosing the speed.

3. The speed of the high-pressure blower is high, and the gaps between rotors and between rotors and the body are small, resulting in less leakage and higher volumetric efficiency. 4. The structure of the high-pressure blower determines that its mechanical friction loss is very small.
