The cotton wool conveying fan requires the system to be fully closed and started with no load; Axial flow fans require the system to be fully opened and started with load. When the fan is started at room temperature, due to the expansion of air volume caused by heat, the density decreases, and the fan generates low pressure, the required power is much smaller than that of room temperature fans. Therefore, when starting at room temperature, the system should be fully closed and started with no load.
rational designCotton wool conveying fanThe Joint Work
When cotton wool conveying fans work in parallel or series, due to the reduced performance of the fans and complex operating conditions, they are generally not used as much as possible. Priority should be given to using dual suction fans in parallel, as when the pressure loss of two parallel fans is too high, it cannot increase the flow rate. When multiple wind turbines are connected in parallel and share a large combination bag filter chamber, the corresponding bag filter chamber should also be sealed, separated, and uniformly filtered.
When the system air volume is low and the pressure is high, series fans are used for operation. It is common to connect two centrifugal fans of the same model in a dust collector system. One fan carrying dust is transported under negative pressure in the inlet pipe network, and after purification by the dust collector, another fan without dust is connected in series and transported under negative pressure in the inlet pipe network to the atmosphere. The actual efficiency and power consumption of these two series connected fans are not equal, so it is better to use two non dust carrying fans in series for better performance.
The determination of the intake temperature of the fan is falsely high, resulting in a decrease in performance
When selecting the dust removal fan for high-temperature furnace exhaust gas treatment, the use of instantaneous high temperature or a large amount of air leakage due to inaccurate inlet temperature selection results in a sharp temperature drop or blind increase in temperature, causing the actual operating temperature to be much lower than the selected temperature. As a result, the efficiency inside the operating fan decreases and the power increases, leading to a reduction in the design rated flow rate.
The division of air volume for single chamber filtration of filter bags should not be too large
The bag filter chamber (also known as the bag room) of the multi chamber combination structure of the dust removal system is commonly used to interrupt the dust filtration operation room by room for dust cleaning operations. Generally, the single chamber filtration air volume (also the air volume of the auxiliary dust cleaning fan) should not exceed that of each main unitCotton wool conveying fan20% of the air volume, so as not to cause the main operation during operationCotton wool conveying fanDecreased internal efficiency. Due to the fact that during the filtration process, there is always a single chamber filter bag group taking turns to clean the dust by stopping the air (stopping the filtration). Therefore, the excess air volume in the single room caused by the shutdown of air flow leads to an increase in other rooms, resulting in an increase in system resistance and a decrease in the air volume of the main fan, leading to a decrease in overall pressure internal efficiency.
