High temperature centrifugal fanRequirements for Preparation of Applications
Installation and usage method of high-temperature centrifugal fan
Before installation: A comprehensive inspection of all components of the fan should be carried out to ensure that the parts are complete, the rotation direction of the impeller and the casing is consistent, and the connections between each part are tight. Whether the main components such as impeller, main shaft, bearings are damaged, and whether the transmission system is flexible.
During installation: Pay attention to checking the casing, there should be no tools or debris that fall into the casing. To prevent rust and reduce disassembly difficulties on some joint surfaces, a layer of lubricating grease or mechanical oil should be applied. The joint surface between the fan and the foundation, and the connection of the inlet and outlet air ducts should be adjusted to fit naturally. Forced connection is not allowed, and the weight of the ducts should not be added to the various components of the fan. And pay attention to ensuring the horizontal position of the fan.
High temperature centrifugal fanInstallation requirements:
1. Install according to the position and size shown on the drawing, and to ensure accuracy, it is particularly important to ensure the axial and radial clearance dimensions between the air inlet and the impeller.
2. After installation, try pulling out the transmission assembly and check for any tightness or collision with the fixed parts.
3. After all installations are completed and the overall inspection is qualified, the fan can be put into trial operation.
In order to prevent motor overload and burnout, it is necessary to start the fan with no load (close the inlet valve and slightly open the outlet valve). If the situation is good, gradually open the valve until the specified working conditions are met. During operation, the current should be strictly controlled and should not exceed the rated value.
High temperature centrifugal fanOperation:
(1) Before starting the fan, the following preparations should be made:
a. Close the inlet valve and slightly open the outlet valve.
b. Check the clearance dimensions of each part of the fan, and whether there is any collision or friction between the rotating and fixed parts.
The installation position of the fan is different, and the selected model is also different. Common installation forms include roof installation, side wall installation, and hoisting of air ducts. If installed on a roof with a steel frame structure, a relatively lightweight all aluminum roof fan should be selected to save the cost of strengthening the roof; If installing on the side wall, it is recommended that customers choose accessories such as rain covers, check air valves, and insect screens.
Is the pressure of the high-temperature centrifugal fan provided by Shanghai Guandai full pressure? Are the provided parameters such as air volume and static pressure strictly required?
All the parameters provided on our samples are static pressure parameters. If the other party provides full pressure, we should convert it to static pressure for selection. Total pressure=static pressure+dynamic pressure. If the other party's requirements are not very strict, we can roughly estimate that static pressure=(0.75-0.85) X total pressure. If the static pressure is high, above 700Pa, the coefficient can be taken as 0.75500Pa or below, and the coefficient can be taken as 0.85 (note that this is an estimate). When selecting based on the sample, we may not be able to choose a fan with exactly the same air volume and static pressure, so we can make some adjustments according to the actual situation. Generally speaking, a deviation of no more than 5% in air volume and static pressure is reasonable. If both the parameters of direct connection and belt can be met, try to choose direct connection as much as possible. This way, the fan efficiency is higher, maintenance is convenient, and the price is cheaper.
The workload of installing and connecting high-temperature centrifugal fans is convenient
High temperature centrifugal fan is a circular pipeline centrifugal fan. Its straight in and straight out design greatly facilitates the workload of installing and connecting pipes. The impeller of the fan is designed with an aluminum wing shaped blade, which provides high air volume and high static pressure performance while ensuring low noise levels. The flange of the air inlet and outlet is a standard configuration, and the design of this fan makes it suitable for lifting or floor installation. Its impeller width can be designed to achieve the required air volume and pressure under direct connected constant speed conditions. Avoiding the need for a frequency converter to adjust the speed to achieve the desired parameters in the responsible system, thereby reducing initial investment.
Regular inspection of bearing temperature, cooling water condition, operational stability, and oil seal in the bearing box of high-temperature centrifugal fans.
Inspection during temporary shutdown of high-temperature centrifugal fan
During temporary shutdown, check the main wear parts of the fan (seals, bearings, etc.), manually remove impurities from the impeller, and inspect the wear condition of the impeller.
Maintenance of planned downtime
The planned downtime should ensure that the fan can operate until the next scheduled downtime.
We suggest doing the following work:
Check the impurities in the impeller and remove them. Check the wear condition of the impeller and replace the lubricating oil of the bearing
Check the sealing of all parts of the fan. If damaged, replace and inspect the performance of the coupling. Check the wear of the expansion joint. Clean the fan casing, intake box, and pipeline. After the fan is put into trial operation, complete the maintenance.
Maintenance of fan components, impeller and shaft:
The impeller and shaft have been dynamically balanced before leaving the factory. If the impeller needs to be removed from the shaft, the relative positions between all components should be marked. After reassembly, the original positions should be restored.
Regularly inspect the wear of the rotor impeller and remove all adhesive materials.
Maintenance of bearings for high-temperature centrifugal fans:
When repairing bearings, it is necessary to remove the thermistor thermometer before removing the upper bearing box cover.
Regularly replace the lubricating oil, * times after 200 hours of operation, and then every six months thereafter. Check whether the oil seal is intact when changing the oil.
Maintenance of regulating door:
Under normal operating conditions, the inlet regulating valve can be maintenance free for two to three years. During this period, if there is a rotational failure that causes difficulty in adjustment, the bearings need to be removed, cleaned, inspected, and lubricated, and the joint bearings need to be lubricated. After reassembly, it is necessary to check whether all blades of the regulating valve open and close simultaneously, and whether the regulating ring rotates in a plane perpendicular to the fan. To avoid the malfunction of the regulating door, the bearings mentioned above should be protected from splashing water and rusting. During the operation and shutdown of the regulating door, the blades should be rotated throughout the entire process from time to time to maintain the flexibility of the regulating door.
