Float level switchIt is a liquid level controller with a simple structure, easy to use, and safe and reliable. Its function is equivalent to that of a "fuse", protecting the safety of the equipment.
Installation instructions for float level switch wiring:
water supply system
Use "black" and "blue" wires: When the float is at the lower water level, the contact is connected, and when the float is at the upper water level, the contact is not connected
drainage system
Use "black" and "brown" wires: When the float is at the upper water level, the contact is connected, and when the float is at the lower water level, the contact is not connected. The control height of the liquid level is determined by the length of the cable in the liquid and the position of the heavy hammer on the cable.
The method of fixing the cable float level switch heavy hammer is:
1. First, remove the clamp ring on the non horn end of the plastic heavy hammer and place it in the appropriate position on the cable
2. Then thread the cable through one end of the plastic hammer horn, and the clamp ring on the cable limits the position of the hammer.
3. Secure the cable at an appropriate location outside the container. Connect the cable end to the control box and avoid using intermediate connectors as much as possible. If a connector is needed, do not immerse it in liquid.
(Note: The non bell mouth end clamp ring of the plastic hammer can also be left intact. Simply thread the cable through the bell mouth end, and then wrap the waste bare wire around the appropriate position of the cable to clamp the plastic hammer.)
