1、 Low temperatures can easily cause water pipes to burst

The correct approach is to promptly close the inlet ball valve of the water purifier in the home if the tap water supply pipeline freezes or breaks during a water outage. After the water arrives, open the water in the home to discharge large particles such as sediment in the supply pipeline, and then open the inlet ball valve to allow the water purifier to work normally. This can effectively prevent sediment and rust mixed in during the construction process from entering the water purifier, resulting in a decrease in water production flow or blockage of the filter element.

2、 The water production of the water purifier at home has decreased

This is directly related to temperature. In general, the lower the temperature, the lower the water flow rate will also decrease. This is mainly because the viscosity of water is affected by temperature, and the water production of the filter element will decrease. Generally, for every 1 ℃ decrease, the water production of the filter element will decrease by 3%. Therefore, the water production in winter is about 50% of that in summer, which is a normal value, and there is no need to worry about machine damage.

3、 Attention must be paid to antifreeze when installing outdoor household water purifiers

1. If there are no necessary anti freezing measures, it may cause the filter bottle, membrane shell, body, etc. to freeze and crack. When the outdoor temperature is below zero degrees, it must be stopped from use.

2. Installed indoors, it is necessary to ensure that the room temperature is not lower than 0 degrees. Due to the expansion of water volume during the solidification process, if it freezes, it will directly cause all the pipelines, filter bottles, membrane shells, machine bodies, etc. of the machine to burst, resulting in water leakage.

If the water purifier is not used for a long time or needs to go out, the inlet ball valve must be closed.

4、 How to deal with the freezing of the water purifier at home

1. The water purifier must be placed at a room temperature above 8 ℃ and naturally thawed for 36 hours before it can continue to be turned on for use

During this period, it is not allowed to force the machine to turn on and produce water, otherwise it may cause damage to the machine

3. After turning on, check for any water leakage. If any leakage occurs, please tighten the corresponding components again.

5、 The unopened film freezes over

If the unopened reverse osmosis membrane is found to have frozen, it can be placed together with the packaging in cold water indoors, soaked before use; Mandatory use may cause damage to the RO membrane.
