5 Key Points for Daily Maintenance of Fluorescence Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer in Sewage Treatment
Date: 2021-03-24Read: 2
  Fluorescence dissolved oxygen analyzer for sewage treatmentIt is one of the intelligent online chemical analysis instruments, widely used for continuous monitoring of dissolved oxygen, saturation, oxygen partial pressure, and temperature in solutions such as thermal power, chemical fertilizers, metallurgy, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, biochemistry, food, and tap water.

The long-term use of fluorescence dissolved oxygen analyzer relies on the daily maintenance of technical personnel. So, how should we do the daily maintenance of fluorescence dissolved oxygen analyzer for sewage treatment?

1. External surface of the instrument: Clean the external surface of the fluorescence dissolved oxygen analyzer with tap water. If there are still debris residues, wipe them with a damp soft cloth. For stubborn dirt, add some household detergent to tap water to clean.

2. Outer surface of fluorescent cap: Remove the protective cover at the front end of the fluorescence dissolved oxygen analyzer, rinse the dirt on the instrument light window with clean water, and then cover the cover; If wiping is necessary, please use a soft cloth and be careful with the force and direction of force applied; If scratches are caused to the fluorescent film layer, the fluorescence dissolved oxygen analyzer will not function properly.

3. Inner surface of fluorescent cap: If water vapor or dust enters the inside of the fluorescent cap, the cleaning steps are as follows:

a. Remove the fluorescent cap;

b. Rinse the inner surface of the fluorescent cap with tap water;

c. For dirt containing fat and oil, clean it with warm water mixed with household detergent;

d. Rinse the inner surface of the fluorescent cap with deionized water;

e. Gently dry all surfaces with a clean, lint free cloth and place them in a dry place to allow moisture to evaporate.

4. Check the cable of the fluorescence dissolved oxygen analyzer: During normal operation, the cable should not be tightened, otherwise it may cause the internal wires of the cable to break, causing the sensor to malfunction;

5. Daily storage of fluorescent caps: When not in use, place the fluorescent dissolved oxygen analyzer in a protective cover with a damp sponge to keep it moist for a long time. If the head of the fluorescent cap of the fluorescence dissolved oxygen analyzer is in a dry state for a long time, the measurement results will drift, and it needs to be soaked in water for 48 hours before continuing to work.
