  turbine flow meterIt belongs to the velocity flowmeter, also known as the impeller flowmeter. It utilizes the proportional relationship between the rotational angular velocity of the impeller placed in the fluid and the fluid flow velocity, and reflects the volume flow rate of the fluid passing through the pipeline by measuring the rotational speed of the impeller. It is one of the more mature high-precision instruments in flow meters.
  
This type of flowmeter is widely used in various industries now, but we know that the measurement flow of this instrument has certain requirements for the environment. If not paid attention to, it will pose a certain danger to our workers. Therefore, let's take a look at the installation procedures of the vortex flowmeter together, as follows:
  
1. It is necessary to carefully choose the installation location of the flowmeter and consider the environmental factors of the installation location. As it is an electrical device, it is necessary to avoid devices with strong electricity, high frequency, etc. during installation to avoid unnecessary magnetic field damage and danger to people. It should not be placed in places or environments with strong acids or alkalis to prevent the instrument from being damaged by clothing and causing electrical leakage. The installation location should be relatively large, open, and convenient for personnel to observe the activity.
  
2. Because the installation of the flow meter has a certain length requirement for the straight pipe, preparation work must be done before installation to ensure that the length of the straight pipe section meets the requirements of the flow meter.
  
3. The location of the flowmeter should be concentric with the piping above and below, and the error should be kept small enough.
  
4. The straight pipeline where the flowmeter is installed should be equipped with devices to reduce vibration. Flow meters should not be installed on pipelines with high vibration, especially in the transverse direction. If it is not possible to install it, it is recommended to use vibration reducing devices as much as possible and add anti vibration pads on top.
  
5. Carefully select the screening of pressure and temperature points for the device. In order to meet the measurement needs, the staff need to measure the pressure and temperature of the pipeline near the turbine flowmeter, and the location should be implemented according to certain requirements.
