Xiyuan Environmental Protection (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in Shanghai in 2005. The company is supported by advanced environmental protection technology from Japan and provides comprehensive and competitive integrated solutions for numerous domestic and foreign enterprises. The main business of the company is odor gas treatment engineering, covering multiple fields such as municipal sewage, park wastewater, chemical wastewater, leachate, kitchen waste, food wastewater, papermaking wastewater, etc. The "Carbon based Packing Biological Deodorization Technology for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" was appraised and certified by the China Environmental Protection Industry Association in July 2020 as "the overall technical achievement has reached a certain level"; Selected for the "List of Major Environmental Protection Technologies and Equipment Encouraged by the State for Development (2020 Edition)" and the "List of Key Environmental Protection Practical Technologies and Demonstration Projects in 2020". We have completed over 300 deodorization projects for large and medium-sized sewage treatment plants both domestically and internationally, with a total deodorization air volume exceeding 20 million cubic meters per hour. The projects are spread throughout the country and have also gained recognition from customers in overseas markets such as Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, and Africa, with over 80% of them in Hong Kong.

The company currently has 72 employees (18 engineers or above, 1 doctoral degree holder, 18 master's degree holders, and 33 bachelor's degree holders). Since 2010, it has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Shanghai and participated in the preparation of the "Technical Regulations for Odor Treatment of Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development as a professional deodorization technology company. Obtained 6 authorized invention patents and accepted 20 invention patents; 41 authorized utility models and 24 accepted utility models.
