Structural characteristics of stainless steel instrument protection insulation box:
1. The box is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates bent and welded, and can also be made of stainless steel plates according to user requirements. The top cover of the box is a one-way slope type, which prevents water from seeping into the box. The box door is sealed with high-quality sealing strips, which can prevent rain and dust. The enclosure is splash proof and sealed, and can meet the protection level of IP54-IP65 according to user requirements.
2. There are 25-30mm thick flame-retardant insulation layers on six sides of the stainless steel instrument insulation box used on site. This material has the advantages of low thermal conductivity, small capacity, flame retardancy, non toxicity, good waterproofing, and corrosion resistance. Use galvanized or aluminum sheet as a protective layer on the surface. The insulation structure of the box has the characteristics of simple construction, durability, and good insulation performance.
3. The gearbox is installed inside the casing and can be freely adjusted in height on a horizontal galvanized frame. The left, right, top, and bottom coordinates can be adjusted using the elongated holes on the angle steel of the box column, making installation convenient.
4. The pressure guiding pipe introduced into the box can be inserted through a square hole installed on the back of the box, and then sealed with a pipe plate. The holes on the pipe plate that are not used for knocking off can be sealed with sealing adhesive.
5. The stainless steel instrument protection insulation box has a lighting lamp on the top of the box, which is controlled by a travel switch. The door lights up when the door is turned on, and the door lights off when the door is closed, making maintenance very convenient.
There is an LED digital display on the door of the box, which displays the temperature inside the box, making it easy for the operator to check the insulation inside the box.
7. Cables can be introduced from the ground or side of the box, and the specifications of cable joints are determined by the design or user.
8. There are guide rails on the inside of the insulation box for installing electrical components, which are used to fix the cables connected to relays, switches, etc. in the box.
9. The inner and outer surfaces of the box are sprayed with plastic, and the color is determined by the user.
10. If the heating element in the stainless steel instrument insulation box used on site adopts explosion-proof flexible heating plates, matched with explosion-proof junction boxes and other accessories, thus forming a whole explosion-proof, it can be applied to explosion-proof occasions such as Zone 1 and Zone 2 of the factory.
