The gas source sleeve ball valve is an important component of the automatic control system. The structural forms of the sleeve type gas source ball valve include straight through, corner through, three-way, exhaust, multi position one way, multi position two-way switching, etc.

The gas source card sleeve ball valve is mainly composed of three parts: a joint body 1 with a 24 degree conical hole, a card sleeve 2 with a sharp inner blade, and a compression nut that plays a clamping role. When tightening nut 3, sleeve 2 is pushed into a 24 degree conical hole and deformed accordingly, forming a spherical contact seal between the sleeve and the conical surface inside the joint body; The inner edge of the card sleeve is embedded in the outer wall of steel pipe 4, and a circular groove is pressed out on the outer wall to provide a reliable seal. The advantages include simple structure, easy use, and no need for welding. However, in medium and high-pressure hydraulic systems, improper operation often leads to leakage, which affects their promotion and use.

1. The pipelines before and after the ball valve are ready. The front and rear pipelines should be coaxial, and the sealing surfaces of the two flanges should be parallel. The pipeline should be able to withstand the weight of the ball valve, otherwise appropriate support must be provided on the pipeline.
2. Blow clean the pipelines before and after the valve, remove oil stains, welding slag, and all other impurities from the pipeline.
3. Check the markings of the ball valve to ensure that it is intact and undamaged. Fully open and close the valve several times to confirm its normal operation.
4. Remove the protective components from the connecting flanges at both ends of the ball valve.
