Our company produces fiberglass pipes, desulfurization tower slurry pipes, desulfurization towers, swirl plates, defoggers, backwashing, fiberglass sprinkler layers, etc.

The spray layer of the desulfurization tower is made entirely of fiberglass (FRP) material for the spray pipe. Due to the material properties of FRP, this structure requires support beams to be installed at the bottom of the spray pipe.

The structure is divided into three parts from the outside to the inside:
1. Wear resistant layer: This part belongs to the outermost structure of the winding layer, consisting of glass fiber surface felt, resin, and wear-resistant silicon carbide. Its main function is to resist corrosion and wear. The surface felt of this layer of glass fiber: resin: silicon carbide: 1:57:38 (mass ratio), with a thickness of about 5mm.
2. Anti corrosion layer: This part is composed of a rich resin layer and an intermediate layer, made up of glass fiber surface felt and resin, forming the strongest anti-corrosion performance, located below the wear-resistant layer. The resin content of the rich resin layer is greater than 90, with a thickness of about 5mm; the resin content of the middle layer is 70-80, with a thickness of about 3-4mm.
3. Enhancement layer: This part is directly wrapped around the outer wall of the pipeline, mainly used to withstand pressure and other loads. Its thickness is determined by calculating according to equation (1) based on the load conditions. This layer has a resin content of 30-40 and is composed of glass fibers, short cut fiber felt, and resin. Mainly serving the requirements of rigidity and strength.

After the completion of the winding and bonding construction of the fiberglass spray pipe in the desulfurization tower spray layer, the winding layer should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of HG/T20696-1999 "Regulations for Fiberglass Chemical Equipment". If there are no layering, tightness, fine lines, cracks, fiber exposure, dry spots, inclusions, bubbles, small holes, resin lumps and other defects, it is qualified.
