The main body of GRP integrated prefabricated pump station consists of components such as wellbore, submersible sewage pump, lifting chain, pipeline, valve, liquid level pressure sensor, control system, and crushing grille.
Pump station construction:
Prefabricated pump station outdoor stainless steel control cabinet: can be manually or automatically operated. It can achieve the following control functions, such as daily automatic positioning and unmanned pumping station. Two in use and one backup, mutually backup, automatic switching, water level working simultaneously, automatic switching in case of malfunction.
Pump station fiberglass cylinder: continuous winding reinforced fiberglass cylinder. Using computer-controlled winding process to ensure uniform thickness and meet requirements. Before leaving the factory, anti leakage measures must be taken to ensure that there are no leaks.
Pump station lifting ears: External integrated lifting ears are easy to install.
Pump station cover: made of fiberglass, with stainless steel basket grille, ventilation exhaust pipe and handrail.
Pump station anti slip cover: made of fiber wrapped fiberglass, equipped with anti-theft safety lock, and has the function of easy opening.
Pressure pipeline: Stainless steel pressure pipeline. All pipelines are pressurized before leaving the factory to prevent leakage. Pipeline DN400. Configure various flanges according to requirements.
Service Platform: Built in service platform for repairing valves and maintaining water pumps; Customize platforms in different forms, positions, and degrees according to requirements.
Supporting water pump: Equipped with Kenet's submersible sewage pump, there is no vibration or cavitation phenomenon within the load range, and the operation is stable. All rotating components of the pump (including the motor) undergo dynamic and static balance tests during manufacturing. The pump operates with a noise level of 80dB (A).
