CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump is a new product developed in recent years and introduced foreign technology. It is made of polyvinylidene fluoride, which is currently the world's corrosion-resistant material. Magnetic pumps produced from this material have a wide range of applications, strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, and no toxin decomposition. It can be widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, petroleum, environmental protection, rare earth separation, smelting, acid washing and other fields in automobile manufacturing.
CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump design *, no mechanical shaft seal required, no leakage, liquid flow components are made of fluoroplastic, ceramic fluororubber and other materials, and the pump body shell is fixed with metal materials, so the pump body is sufficient to support the weight of the pipeline, for ease of use and maintenance.
CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump model meaning:

Working principle of CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump:
CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump (referred to as magnetic pump) is a chemical process pump that applies modern magnetic mechanics principles and uses permanent magnets to achieve non-contact indirect transmission. When the motor drives the outer rotor (i.e. outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the isolation sleeve and drive the inner rotor (i.e. inner magnetic steel) assembly and impeller to rotate synchronously through the magnetic field. The medium * is enclosed in the stationary isolation sleeve, thus achieving the purpose of leak free pumping of the medium * and solving the shaft seal leakage of mechanical transmission pumps. It is a new type of industrial pump that is fully sealed, leak free, and pollution-free.
Magnetic pumps are ideal pumps used in chemical processes to eliminate running, emitting, dripping, and leaking phenomena, eliminate environmental pollution, create "leak free workshops" and "leak free factories", and achieve safe and civilized production.
Structural characteristics of CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump:
The design of CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump not only has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful appearance, small volume, low noise, and reliable operation of ordinary magnetic pumps, but also all its overcurrent components are made of the world's corrosion-resistant "plastic king" (fluoroplastic), and the isolation sleeve is made of special materials, which have high-strength mechanical properties and eliminate the magnetic eddy current phenomenon of ordinary magnetic pumps. Therefore, the CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump can transport corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, oxidants, etc. of any concentration (strength) without damage.

Installation and commissioning of CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump:
(1) Magnetic pumps should be installed horizontally and not vertically. The plastic pump body should not bear the weight of the pipeline. For special requirements for vertical installation, the motor must face upwards.
(2) When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, open the suction pipeline valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.
(3) Before using the pump, it should be checked that the motor fan blades rotate flexibly, without jamming or abnormal noise, and all fasteners should be tightened.
(4) Check if the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the direction mark of the magnetic pump.
(5) After the motor starts, slowly open the discharge valve and adjust it to the desired opening after the pump enters normal operation.
(6) Before the pump stops working, the discharge valve should be closed first, and then the power should be cut off.
Precautions for using CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump:
(1) Due to the fact that the cooling and lubrication of the magnetic pump bearings rely on the medium being transported, it is prohibited to operate them without load, while avoiding idle operation caused by restarting after a power outage during operation.
(2) If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the pump inlet; If it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
(3) The ambient temperature of the pump during use should be less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃.
(4) The conveyed medium should be within the allowable range of the pump material. The operating temperature of fluoroplastic magnetic pumps should not be lower than minus 30 ℃ and higher than 100 ℃. Transport a liquid without hard particles and fibers, with a suction pressure not exceeding 0.2 MPa, a high working pressure of 1.6 MPa, a density not exceeding 1600 Kg/m3, and a viscosity not exceeding 30 × 10-6m2/S.
(5) For the medium that is prone to sedimentation and aggregation during transportation, it should be cleaned promptly after use to drain the accumulated liquid in the pump.
(6) After 1000 hours of normal operation of the magnetic pump, the wear of the bearings and end face moving rings should be disassembled and inspected, and vulnerable parts that are no longer suitable for use should be replaced.
