ZWL direct connection self-priming sewage pump is a novel product developed by our company based on the research of the structure and performance of ZW type self-priming non clogging sewage pump and similar technologies at home and abroad. The pump integrates self-priming and non clogging sewage, adopts axial reflux external mixing, and through the design of the pump body and impeller flow channel, it can be used as a general self-priming clean water pump without the need for bottom valves and irrigation water, and can also suck and discharge impurity liquids containing large solid particles and long fibers. It can be widely used in municipal sewage engineering, river pond aquaculture, light industry, papermaking, textile, food, chemical industry, electrical industry, fiber, pulp and mixed suspension and other chemical media impurity pumps. Compared with similar domestic products, this pump adopts a direct connection structure, which has the characteristics of simple and compact structure, less vibration, good self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capacity, energy saving, and easy use and maintenance. It is the most innovative product in the sewage pump series. All technical performance indicators are at the domestic level and have broad application markets and development prospects.
Compared with similar domestic products, ZWL direct coupled self-priming sewage pump has the characteristics of simple structure, good self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capacity, energy saving, and easy use and maintenance. It is the top product in the sewage pump series in China. All technical performance indicators are at the domestic level and have broad application markets and development prospects.
1. The environmental humidity is 50 ℃, and the medium temperature is required to reach 200 ℃.
2. The pH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron and 2-13 for stainless steel.
3. The medium density shall not exceed 1240 kg/m3.
4. The self-priming height cannot exceed the specified value of 4.5-5.5 meters, and the length of the suction pipe is 10 meters.
5. The suspended particle diameter is 60% of the pump diameter and the fiber length is 5 times the pump diameter.

1Electric motor: directly connected to the water pump to transmit power, using an electric motor. | |
2Pump shaft: coaxial with the motor. Extending the shaft of the motor ensures the concentricity of the shaft, allowing the pump to run smoothly without noise or vibration. Chrome plating is used to enhance its service life. | |
3Water blocking ring: prevents water from entering the motor due to sealing leakage. | |
4Mechanical seal: made of materials such as stainless steel, tungsten carbide, fluororubber, etc. Balanced high-temperature and high-pressure mechanical seal, with long operating life, no leakage, no wear on the shaft, no accumulation of water and dirt, ensuring a clean working environment. | |
5Pump cover: Connect the pump body and motor. | |
6Pump body: The extrusion chamber, suction chamber, and gas-liquid separation chamber are designed using hydraulic models, which are both aesthetically pleasing and equipped with mounting feet for easy installation and stable operation. | |
7Impeller: Designed using a hydraulic model, it has the characteristics of high efficiency and good reliability. | |
8Sealing ring: The joint between the water pump impeller and the pump body plays a sealing role. | |
9Bottom cover plate: When there is scale accumulation in the pump body, the bottom cover plate can be opened to remove the dirt. | |
10Drain plug: When the pump is not in use, the drain plug can be opened to drain the stored liquid. | |
11Chassis: Connect the entire pump for easy installation and can also be equipped with vibration isolators. |
12Export connection: Connect the outlet pipe |
13Water valve: When the liquid storage in the pump chamber is insufficient, the valve can be opened to add water. |
14Check valve disc: can prevent water from flowing back in the pipeline when the pump stops working |
15Import connection: Connect the import pipeline. |
