Product Features

1. Shell material:The stainless steel reaction chamber is made of imported thickened 304 stainless steel or 316L material, which is sourced from domestic stainless steel pipe manufacturers and ensures the quality of the material.

2. Processing technologyMade by fully automatic welding, all teeth are smoothly welded without dead corners after punching and stretching. The high brightness cavity is polished inside and outside, greatly enhancing the UV radiation intensity and sterilization effect. Thickened chamber design, with a pressure bearing capacity of up to 0.8Mpa, and strict air and water pressure testing before leaving the factory, completely eliminating water leakage.

3. UV lamp tube:Adopting imported low-pressure high-intensity mercury lamps from Europe and America, with a service life of up to 9000-13000 hours, and equipped with high-efficiency electronic ballasts to further enhance the service life and effectiveness of the entire sterilizer, resulting in a sterilization rate of up to 99.99%.

4. Electronic ballast:Adopting ABS plastic shell integrated design, equipped with dedicated single ended four pin lamp quick interface, wide voltage design, with preheating start, abnormal protection against electromagnetic interference, fault alarm display function, and fixed hole position

5. Quartz casing:Using imported high-purity quartz raw materials, with a single end open structure and good sealing performance

6. Sealing ring:Adopting food grade transparent silicone and a trapezoidal structure made of specialized molds, replacing O-rings, to prevent water leakage caused by improper installation

7. Product specifications:Complete, with flow rates ranging from 0.1T/H-500T/H, meeting the needs of different water consumption. The stainless steel shell of the sterilizer is guaranteed for ten years, and all other accessories are guaranteed for one year, with unconditional replacement within one year (excluding damage, human factors, and force majeure)

8. System Design:Adopting the American NSF55 "UV Microbial Water Treatment Equipment" standard and the national industry standard CJ/T204-2000 for UV disinfectors for drinking water.
