1、 Product Introduction:

The membrane type microporous aerator is a ***** type aeration device developed in the 1980s. The device has small bubble diameter, small gas-liquid interface diameter, large gas-liquid interface area, uniform bubble diffusion, no pore blockage, and strong corrosion resistance. It has been tested for water and sewage oxygenation by the School of Environmental Engineering at Tongji University in Shanghai and the North China Design Institute of Municipal Engineering in China, and has been used by more than 50 users for many years with good results (reducing energy consumption by 40% or increasing sewage treatment capacity by 40% compared to conventional products such as fixed spiral aerators, diffuser aerators, and perforated tube aerators). Especially suitable for urban sewage and the construction and expansion of large factories, as well as the renovation of old aeration tanks, and the aeration tanks can operate intermittently.

2、 Connection method and installation of aeration pipeline:

The aeration device consists of an aerator, gas distribution pipeline, tee, four-way, elbow, regulator, connector, cleaning device, etc. The gas distribution pipeline is arranged in a usual circular pattern, and the aerator is arranged with a density according to the gas supply volume and pool shape. The connection between the aerator and the gas distribution pipeline is made of G3/4 thread connection, and the base is internal thread (fixed on the gas distribution pipeline). The aerator is external thread. When installing, first fix the regulator to the bottom of the pool with expansion bolts according to the required size, and then fix the gas distribution pipeline to the regulator with clamps. To prevent other operations such as welding sparks and damage to the aeration device by heavy objects such as concrete during civil engineering, the aerator must be installed before water discharge after the completion of the civil engineering project. To prevent air leakage in the pipeline and connecting parts, water should be discharged to a depth of about 10cm beyond the bottom of the aerator for leakage testing. If any air leakage is found in the pipeline connecting part, it should be promptly eliminated And then officially put into operation.
