1. The structure, diameter, and length should meet the requirements of the rotational molding host process.
2. PE storage tanks must have sufficient overall stability, uniformity, and sufficient planar bending stiffness at the foundation.
3. Ears, legs, and horizontal supports should be welded only after the plastic lining processing is completed.
4. The stiffness of the foundation structure directly below the tank wall should be strengthened, and the foundation bed supporting the bottom plate should be flexible to absorb welding deformation. It is recommended to install waterproof oil layers and oil leakage signal pipes.
5. The distance between the groundwater level and the foundation surface of the PE storage tank shall not be less than the height that capillary water can reach (generally 2m).
