Product Introduction:

Used for testing SMD packages (1610/2016/2012/3215/3225, etc.), mainly testing frequency, cycle PPM、 Classification and upper and lower limit alarms, optional gate time, suitable for mass production sampling and incoming material screening.

Core testing projects and tooling adaptation

Frequency and PPM: Determine whether it is within the nominal tolerance of ± 10/20/50ppm, and perform batch grading screening.

Passive crystal oscillator: requires adjustable load capacitance (6pF/7F/9pF/12.5pF, etc.) to simulate actual circuit loads.

Fixture: Universal probe/spring clip fixture, it is recommended to choose non-contact induction fixture for micro packaging to avoid pin damage.
