1、 Overview of this series

The 4-72 centrifugal fan can be used for indoor ventilation and air exchange in general factories and large buildings, conveying air and other non self igniting, harmless to human health, and non corrosive to steel

Corrosive gases. The B4-72 fan can be used for ventilation and exchange of flammable and volatile gases. There must be no viscous substances in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained should not exceed

150mg/m3。 The gas temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃. The performance, selected components, and foundation dimensions of B4-72 fan are consistent with those of 4-72 fan, and can be selected according to its sample. The structure of this fan is basically the same as the 4-72 type. NO2.8-6A adopts B35 type motors with flanges and feet, while NO6-12C and D motors use YB series corresponding to Y series in this table, with installation type B.

2、 4-72 type fan form

When viewed from the side of the electric motor, the impeller rotates clockwise and is called a right cyclone, represented by 'right'; when the impeller rotates counterclockwise, it is called a left cyclone, represented by 'left'.
The outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. The 4-72 type fans No. 2.8-6 are all made into one type when they leave the factory, and the user unit installs them in the required position according to the requirements. There is no need to specify when ordering. The adjustment range for the position of the NO2.8 air outlet is 0-225, with an interval of 45. The adjustment range of the air outlet position for No3.2-6 is 0-225, with an interval of 22.5. The adjustment range for the position of the air outlet from No.8 to No.12 is 0-225, with an interval of 45. Nol6、 The position of the 20 air outlets is made into three fixed types of O, 90, and 180, which cannot be adjusted and must be specified when ordering.
The transmission modes of the fan are A, B, C, and D. In the 4-72 type fan, A type transmission is used for No. 2.8-6, C and D type transmission are used for No. 6-12, and B type transmission is used for No. 16-20.

3、 4-72 type fan structure

The N2.8A-6A section of the 4-72 type fan is mainly composed of impellers, casings, air inlets, and other parts matched with direct connected motors. NO6-20 not only have the above-mentioned parts, but also have transmission parts.
(1) The impeller consists of 10 aft sloping wing shaped blades, a curved front plate, and a flat rear plate. Made of steel plate or cast aluminum alloy, and calibrated for dynamic and static balance, it has good air performance, high efficiency, and smooth operation.
(2) The casing is made into two different types. The N02.8-12 chassis is made as a whole and cannot be disassembled. The casing of NO1 6-20 is made into a three open type, which is divided into two halves along the horizontal plane of the center, and the upper half is further divided into two halves vertically along the centerline, connected by bolts.
(3) The air inlet is made as a whole and installed on the side of the fan. The cross-section parallel to the axial direction is curved, which allows gas to enter the impeller smoothly with minimal loss.
(4) The transmission part consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, rolling bearings, pulleys or couplings
