I. Overview
Multi stage centrifugal blowers are widely used in various smelting blast furnaces, coal washing plants, mining flotation, sewage treatment, chemical gasification and other occasions that require air transportation. They can also be used to transport other special gases. This series of blowers has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, smooth operation, minimal consumption of vulnerable parts, easy installation, operation, and maintenance.
Model Description: Indicates an outlet pressure rise of 0.5kgf/cm2 (5000mm water column).

2、 Structure and Transmission
There are two types of blowers in this series. One is a multi-stage, single suction, double support structure, using coupling transmission, with both the inlet and outlet directions vertically upward. When viewed from the motor end, the blower rotates counterclockwise. The other is a multi-stage, single suction, double support structure, with the blower rotor rotating clockwise when viewed from the motor end, and both the inlet and outlet directions vertically downward. Both models have high-speed and low-speed fans.
The casing is made of cast iron. The casing and bearing box of fans below C400-2 are horizontally divided up and down along the axis. The main shaft of the rotor is made of high-quality carbon steel, and the impeller is made of alloy steel. For blowers below C400-2, the bearing box and lower casing are cast together, the main shaft is made of high-strength alloy steel, and the impeller is made of high-strength alloy steel. High speed fans use different materials according to their intended use. Each stage of the impeller is equipped with labyrinth seals at the inlet ring, between stages, and at both ends of the casing to prevent gas leakage. The blower rotor is calibrated for static and dynamic balance to ensure smooth operation. The high-speed fan unit is mainly composed of an electric motor, a gearbox (or high-speed steam turbine), a fan body, a lubrication system, on-site detection instruments, and necessary valves for inlet and outlet pipelines. Some are also equipped with variable speed hydraulic couplings or "front gear speed increasing hydraulic couplings" that integrate the transmission and hydraulic couplings into a single structure. The centrifugal blower body is driven by a motor through a gearbox or a variable speed hydraulic coupling (or a hydraulic coupling connected in series with a gearbox), or it can be directly driven by a high-speed steam turbine. The prime mover, gearbox or speed regulating hydraulic coupling, and centrifugal blower body are connected to each other by a toothed coupling or diaphragm coupling.
This series of blowers adopts rolling bearings and sliding bearings respectively. The rolling bearings are lubricated with molybdenum disulfide lithium based grease; Sliding bearings use pressure oil supply for forced lubrication, with lubricating oil being 32 or 46 turbine oil. The lubrication series includes main oil pump, electric oil pump, mailbox, oil cooler, oil filter, and high-level oil tank. When the unit is shut down due to a power outage, the high-level oil tank can continue to maintain lubrication for a certain period of time, ensuring the safe shutdown of the unit.
If the user has other requirements for the blower, they must be specified when ordering, and our factory can try to meet them as much as possible.

3、 Performance parameter table
The performance parameters of the blower are obtained under standard conditions. The standard state refers to: intake temperature Tin=20 ℃, atmospheric pressure Pa=760 mmHg, relative temperature Φ=50%. If there is an incoming air condition
