Overview
The 4-72D centrifugal fan is widely used for ventilation and air exchange in large buildings such as general factories, warehouses, high-rise buildings, and underground railways. It can output gas or input gas. The transported gas must be air or other non self igniting, non-volatile, non explosive, non corrosive to steel, and harmless to human health. The gas must not contain viscous substances, dust, and hard particles. The proportion of the transported gas should not exceed 150mg/m3, and the temperature of the transported gas should not exceed 80 ° C.

When viewed from the side of the electric motor, the impeller rotates clockwise and is called a right cyclone, represented by "right"; The counterclockwise rotation of the impeller is called a left cyclone, represented by "left". There are four transmission modes for fans: A, B, C, and D. Among them, No. 2.8-6 adopts A-type transmission, with two forms: 4-72-11 (using B35 motor, fan without base) and 4-72-13 (using B3 motor, fan with base); 6-12 adopt C and D type transmission, while 16-20 adopt B type transmission.
The outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. The adjustment range for the position of the air outlet of fan No. 2.8-6 is 0 ° to 225 °, with an interval of 45 °; The adjustment range for the position of air outlets No.16 and No.20 is 0 ° to 180 °, with an interval of 90 °. This should be specified when placing an order.
The 4-72 type fan, numbered 2.8-6, is mainly composed of parts such as impeller, casing, and air inlet, which are connected to a direct motor. In addition to the above-mentioned parts, there are also transmission parts for No. 6-20.
The impeller consists of 10 aft sloping wing shaped blades, a curved front plate, and a flat rear plate. Made of steel plate or cast aluminum alloy, and calibrated for static and dynamic balance, it has good air performance, high efficiency, and smooth operation.
The casing is made in two different types. The shells of No. 2.8-12 are made as a whole and cannot be disassembled, while the shells of No. 16-20 are made as a three open type. In addition to being divided into two halves along the horizontal plane, the upper half is vertically divided into two halves along the centerline and connected by bolts.
The air inlet is made as a whole and installed on the side of the fan. The cross-section parallel to the axial direction is curved, which allows gas to enter the impeller smoothly with minimal loss.
The transmission part consists of the main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearings, coupling (D type) or pulley (C type).
