Overview
The G/Y4-73D boiler centrifugal draft fan is mainly suitable for the draft fan system of 2-670t/h steam boilers in thermal power plants. G4-73 can also be used for mine ventilation and general ventilation unless otherwise specified. The medium conveyed by the ventilation fan is air, with a maximum temperature not exceeding 80 ° C; the medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas, with a maximum temperature not exceeding 250 ° C.
Product Details
1. The ventilation fan and induced draft mechanism form a single suction system, each with 12 machine numbers ranging from No.8 to No.28.
2. When viewed from one end of the motor and the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right cyclone, represented by "right"; The counterclockwise rotation of the impeller is called a right rotating fan, represented by "left".
3. The position of the air outlet of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing.
4. The fan transmission method is D-type, all of which use elastic couplings for transmission.
The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a regulating door, and a transmission part.
Impeller: consisting of 12 angled blades with a backward sloping wing, welded between a conical front plate and a flat rear plate. Due to the use of wing shaped blades, the fan ensures high efficiency, low noise, and high strength. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic alignment correction, ensuring smooth operation. The impeller structure of the ventilation and induced draft fans with the same machine number is the same.
Shell: It is a snail shaped body welded from ordinary steel plates. The casing of the single suction fan is made in three different forms. The No.8-12 casings are made as a whole structure and cannot be disassembled. The No.14-16 casings are made as two open types, and the No.18-28 casings are made as three open types. The induced draft fan and volute plate have been appropriately thickened to prevent wear.
Air inlet: The converging and streamlined air inlet is made into a whole structure and fixed to the inlet side of the fan with bolts.
Regulating door: a device used to regulate the flow rate of a fan, installed axially in front of the air inlet. The adjustment range is from 0 ° (fully open) to 90 ° (fully closed). Adjust the position of the door handle, looking from the air inlet direction on the right side. For the right cyclone machine, pushing the handle from bottom to top is in the fully closed to fully open direction, while for the left cyclone machine, pulling the handle from top to bottom is in the fully closed to fully open direction.
Transmission part: The main shaft of the transmission part is made of high-quality steel, and this fan adopts rolling bearings. There are two forms of bearing housings: No.8-16 use integral cylindrical bearing housings; Use two independent pillow type bearing housings for No.18-28. The bearing box is equipped with a thermometer and an oil level indicator (only for the induced draft fan).
