Ⅰ. working principle

After coagulation and flocculation reaction, the raw water enters50m ³/h super efficient air flotation machine for food processing wastewater treatment equipmentInternally, 3-5 μ m ultrafine bubbles generated by the wave layer dissolved gas device are used to transform the entire pool into a contact separation zone through the "full pool contact" system. Floating oil and floating debris are scraped off through the "full pool scraping" method, and the bottom sediment (sand) flows by gravity or is automatically discharged by spiral conveyor, achieving truly unobstructed operation of the whole machine.

Ⅱ. Innovation and advantages

1. Ultra fine bubble emitter

The entire pool is distributed in a matrix pattern, and the dissolved air water is instantly atomized (with ultrafine bubble particle sizes of only 3-5 μ m). The water diffuses throughout the pool, quickly contacting and floating suspended solids and oil stains.

2. Wave layer gas dissolution device

The gas carrying liquid velocity in the dissolved gas tube reaches a critical value and forms a wavy flow layer, allowing for rapid and thorough mixing of gas and liquid, while achieving truly unobstructed operation.

3. Spiral mud (sand) discharge device (optional configuration)

By utilizing the V-shaped pool bottom, a bottom spiral mud (sand) discharge device can be added to achieve integrated and rapid floating and sinking functions.

4. Tubular hydraulic reaction device

Scientifically utilizing hydraulic kinetic energy for closed and efficient mixing, while isolating odors, suitable for high concentration wastewater with odors.
